We received excellent service from Watsons delivery and set up. Jacob and Nick were careful with our table and chairs in their setup as well as respectful of our property while driving in our yard. Thank you!

Patio furniture was delivered today by Patrick. He set everything up, took back the empty boxes and did an excellent job. Watson’s is a well managed corporation.

I had furniture delivered from Watson. The couch and love seat are top quality and extremely comfortable! The delivery service with Jacob and Bill was so professional and they took every precaution to make sure my furniture wasn't damaged. I would highly recommend!

As another person stated, the sales people are great but the service department not so much. We bought gas logs to convert our woodburning fireplace and one of them was broken. I have now called them four times to find out about a replacement to finally be told it's on order. Someone in that department couldn't have called and told me that??

Their ecco spas are junk. They do not have enough technicians to repair them. Their service calls are a rip off ,they try to deter you from using them by charging a minimum of 99.00. The work they perform only is good for 30 days. I would not by from watsons again. I am going to hot springs to get me a new hot tub!!!

The salesmen are great. But after you buy something, that place is horrible. If you try to use the warranty on stuff you purchased, you better plan on NOT hearing back from them. I've had a spa for almost two years & nothing but complications. Everything was suppose to be covered by warranty. But the guy avoids you. I've sent multiple pictures & never heard back on anything

Hard to imagine what this place doesn't have. From pools and hot tubs to everything for your basement decor and exercise equipment. Prices are somewhat on the high end, but quality is there to justify it.
