I called on a holiday praying that someone would answer after numerous dead ends from other service companies. Phone call answered promptly and professionally. Spoke with owner and he said a tech would arrive approximately in an hour and a half. Within two hours the owner arrived and addressed our issue. Was repaired within an hour and at a fraction of the price of the original part (on a holiday)!! Thank you, Chris!
