I've never been so upset and disappointed in the results of a hair cut in my entire life. I've been to family members, friends, and even great clips, none of which are known for their "super amazing work" and yet I left this salon in tears. I asked for the dead ends to be trimmed and ended up with the left half of my hair in front as straight across bangs, and the other half tapered. It's messy, crooked, uneven, and frankly just hideous. I had originally made it clear that I wanted very little taken off. That "very little" turned out to be nearly 6 inches. My hair was only 1 foot and a half, TOPS. I can no longer put my hair back, tuck it behind my ears, or get it off my face which causes my face to break out. I've been planning for family photos and a wedding and now my hair looks like this. I will never go back to this salon. I specifically told him I part my hair in the middle with the response, "why?". Um, excuse me? Because I like it that way. I can no longer part my hair at all because the front is so short. I was also told I don't know what I'm doing when I take care of my hair because I use natural herbal supplements and dye my hair with what comes in the box. If I could give this a -1 star rating, I would. DON'T GO HERE!
