Was a great place to tan. Was told when I signed up I would pay for three months and pay only for those three months and that would be it. 6 months later additional charges are still coming out now I'm being told that money won't be refunded since I didn't cancel even tho it was only a three month membership so I loose the money. Then I get hung up on and when I'm upset about my grocery money being taken for the month I get yelled at and called rude. Even after I apologized for being upset I'll be the first to admit it I was, but I apologized and then still got yelled at and hung up on. Then when I left a review the owner commented on it and then made it so I couldn't comment back and then when I made another post kept responding and posting details of my membership and how it was paid and when it was paid on a public forum. The whole way this situation was handled was very unprofessional from the owner. I may have been rude and angry at the beginning of the phone call but once she called me out I apologized and let her know I was upset and that I was misinformed, but instead of trying to defuse the situation or even trying to speak w me in a calm manner that didn't happen.
