This Mr. Tech Guy seemed knowledgeable, ready and eager to assist with my outdoor antenna installation during my initial call to him. He wanted pictures of the antenna and pictures of my house where the antenna would be mounted and said to email them to him. Told him I would get those to him when I got off work. It got dark before I could get home to take the pictures, so I emailed him that I would have to get the pictures in the morning. So I took the pictures during the day the next day, emailed him the pictures, and called right after I emailed him during his business hours and he didn't take my call, and I was routed to voice mail. He never returned my call, never responded to my email. This was over 6 day time frame and 4 of those days were business days. I had to contact someone else and would never recommend this tech guy to no one.

I got my iPhone screen replaced. He answered all my questions and did quality work. I will be using him again for any future repairs.
