Scheduler made mistake of calling the wrong number to contact me about service. Since I wasn't at the number she called after being told to call me at home, she took it upon herself to cancel my service after I had waited 4 days through 99 degree temps. Instead of apologizing that she was wrong for calling wrong number, she blames me for not being there. You don't treat customers like that and keep them.
