Someone lost my credit card payment. It was mailed 3 weeks before the due date. When the payment was never posted, I spoke with the postmaster 2 days before the due date about this. She told me she would speak with my carrier and try to find out what happened. I never heard back from her. To avoid a late fee of $35.00, I made the payment by phone. Yesterday, my credit card company received the mailed payment and now has two payments of $770.00 each. I'm very upset over this! After living here for 10 years, I never had one problem with my previous carrier who retired 8 months ago!

I like this local PO. The employees are always kind and competent. My mail gets to me without incident. They are friendly and efficient.

The mail people here are some of the laziest ones I have ever known, they never leave my packages or a orange slip so i am supposed to guess when I get them and because of that they get sent back to sender and they charge me all over.... All they have to do is drive up the driveway...
