We have one of the oldest contracting licenses in the business and know what our customers want. We install only the best equipment and provide service and repair at a fair price. We established a relationship with Lennox in 1976 and are still proud to install Lennox products today. In 2006 Blake's was awarded the Circle of Excellence Award from Lennox. We are proud to be one of the top 40 Lennox dealers in the nation.Blake's is one of the few companies still charging hourly rates for service as when the company was founded. Clients are charged for materials and labor only. Our estimators and technicians are not commissioned so their concern is what is best for our customers. We treat our customers well and they in turn give us the best advertising, word of mouth.
