I wish I could give ZERO stars for the wonderful bait and switch that Rob Lambdin's University Dodge pulled on me. I bought a used car there, signed all of the paperwork that included the registration and tag and a month after I bought the car, when the temporary tag was expired, they told me I owe them an additional $200 and that they're holding my license plate hostage until I pay. They went out of their way to make the deal acceptable to me and then pulled this. This is extortion and I recommend that everyone avoid this dealership or they may decide that they didn't make enough on your deal and hold your license plate hostage as well.

I have to say that Bob Goodman made my car buying experience very easy. He did not pressure me at all I was virtually in and out in a few hours, he even gave my kids a Dodge Bull . I will def come back to university dodge for any future purchase.

I just bought my first new truck at Rob Lambdin's University Dodge. I did a ton of research and came prepared to buy a used vehicle. The sales and finance people did a great job of finding and financing a brand new truck for nearly the same price as the used truck I was interested in. I was really impressed with the selection of trucks and the experience of the staff. All of my questions were answered and in little time I drove off the lot with my first new truck. I had a great experience and look forward to getting another new truck in a few years. I plan to bring my girlfriend here to get her a new vehicle next fall. Save time and check out this dealer first.

great people, no B.S. and prompt service, also I visited 5 dealerships and every single one lies about their internet price, I took a f250 under sticker and lower than internet. very prompt, professional and I noticed everyone is paying attention to the customer, cant walk ten feet without someone trying to help, didn't get that anywhere else, Vincent is the salesman that helped me great guy and Jeff the boss is incredible , these guys answer emails in minutes I got the call less than ten minutes after getting on there web page. thanks guys ill be back. willy b.

Let's talk Service Dept. The service department here rocks! Especially Evelyn Rodriquez who is a Service Advisor. She pushes to get the job done and when promised. Kudos to the whole department for making a service or repair a one-time event ! Thanks !!!

Terrific dealership. This is the second truck my husband and I have purchased from University Dodge. After checking the dealerships in the area, we returned to University and received a great deal on a new Dodge truck. Babu, who was our salesman, is easy-going and does not pressure you in the least.

I did my research and made contact with many dealerships in the area. No one compared to the service and value I received from University Dodge. Ray Lugo really went the extra mile to take care of what I needed.

I bought a 2013 Dodge Challenger the other day and I must say I am very satisfied with my experience. The salesman was Miguel Santos and I were able to negotiate a deal for my trade in car. I feel as if I got a good deal on the car and I was respected throughout the process. I recommend Miguel Santos for anyone who wants a reasonable deal, he is a good man. I was debating on choosing the challenger or camaro and I knew right away that the challenger was the car for me and I highly recommend anyone who's interested in dodge to check out the dealership because their prices have the competitive advantage. Very clean and friendly environment at Lambdin's University. A+

I purchased a dodge ram express today and i had babu as a sales rep he was 100% willing to get the prices right on both my trade in and the vehicle that i purchased he was working the whole time to try and fight for as much discounts as possible all the way to the accounting office my next vehicle will be purchased here.

I live in west palm beach talked to Carlos on the phone he told me he will do the best he can do to put me in a new car I was up side down in my trade in but did not stop they went above and beyond to help me what I wanted. Super nice

I have used Rob's dodge for years and Leo, my salesman, every single time... We keep going back only because we are so satisfied. A great place, great deals, they work with you and I will use them again for certain.. Thank you Leo for your great help again this time...

I have been to several dealerships recently while trying to purchase a new 2013 Dodge Charger R/T. I would like to say my experience at University Dodge was a positive one. The sales person Babu Sheri was excellent and very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend Babu and University Dodge to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Customer service during sale great. However when returned this Mon. To dealer to show them a defect in the front bumper. They sent me to there hollywood location to get it appraised instead of just saying we will fix it. When I got back to give them appraisal know one was there, so I gave it to the new car manager Kevin and explained I would rather have bumper replaced which would have been the right thing to do. Instead the manger Kevin who sat behind his desk said there is nothing on file for the truck and we don't have to do anything and through appraisal in garbage. He was basically rude and could careless for the customer. That's quite ok though Kevin I might just be one of many customers you have and don't care, but believe me when I say I influence a lot of people and I will never recommend a Rob Lambdins dealership and I will be personally right the owner.

For the pass 4 years ive bought all my 3 cars here they have a great customer service specially Carlos Torres great sales person. I would not go any where else but here. HIS THE MAN TO SEE :-) Thanks Carlos Torres
