do not go to Nail Trix. i went for the first time for a full set. The staff was not firendly. the manager felt he had a place to make a comment about my daughter (she was getting her nais painted $6 for a kid) the place was dark and unwelcoming. the guy that did my nails did a horriable job. not only can you see the line where the tips are the paint started to chip the next day. I had to file the nails myslf when i got home because the acrylic was digging into the side of my fingers. none of the staff offered a smile or even a thanks for coming. So much for a girls day at the salon. I am searching for a new salon now.

Could it be anymore obvious that this review was written by an employee of Venetian Nails Spa or Elegant Nails? I am not sure about Elegant Nails, but I know for fact that Venetian Nails Spa has more expensive prices than Nail Trix. Taking personal blows at the management. I'm guessing maybe a disgruntled ex-employee that got fired from Nail Trix and is now employed at Venetian Nails Spa or Elegant Nails? Funny, that this person spoke so badly about Nail Trix, but they have been very successful and around for years. Gotta be doing something right.

Not only are their prices ridiculous, but the service is horrendous. Nevermind the rude, snottiest girl at the front who never smiles or even pretends that she is happy you are there (or her for that matter). And their salon hours may say open til 8pm but don't plan on getting there a minute after 7:30pm or you won't get service. That's right, they may all just be sitting around doing nothing but b/c they started "bleaching" out their chairs at 7:30pm on the dot, but too bad. I'm sorry, aren't they a business establishment there to make money and provide good service for their clients? Could've fooled me! Not only is there a serious lack of customer service here, but they are way over priced! You can't even get hot towels on your legs during a pedi unless you pay for the 'deluxe' pedicure, which of course isn't cheap.

Save yourself the expense, both physically and mentally and go over to Venetian Nails Spa on Pine Island or Elegant Nails on Federal Highway - those are fantastic salons that make you feel welcome and provide great service (with a smile) for a justified price. Nail Trix is a waste of time and money! Poor , poor management!
