Greetings, my name is Nicole Harris and I've been going to the Rave Cinema 53 on Davenport for many years and I have always gone there with my family. I love going there since you give out bargains in prices and discounts on concessions. One thing that I've noticed is that some of the employees need further discipline and training. Some of the management there is very professional and very attentive to the staff and guest. One that caught my eye was a young manager named Darion S. I do not know her exact last name but i am sure there's only manager named Darion. Every time I go see a movie, she works and has a negative image on herself. She always seems to be frowning and hair in the front. I believe that she must have a positive image for the customers and staff but when she is covering her face with her hair, I cannot take her seriously for her manage a big place. In other than that, she seems to be on her phone a lot in front of customers. I find that very disrespecting due to the fact that no workplace pays an employee to attend their personal affairs on pay. Her attitude is beyond rather disgusting due to the fact that she pushes employees physically than giving a courtesy 'excuse me.' In some cases, I've seen some profanity among the employees. I enjoy going to see a movie in this building but some things need to change such as the negative attitude of some employees.

Had to leave for a family emergency right at beginning of the show. RAVE manager provided two free admission passes no questions asked when I explained the situation upon my return to the theater. I appreciate this kind of service!
