If I could give this service department negative stars I would. I took my car in to fix a recall and they completely destroyed it. They cut off the hanger to my exhaust and welded it to the right side of my car! They are of NO HELP WHATSOEVER!! HORRIBLE MANAGER! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Save yourself the headaches and stay the heck away from here!!

I recently bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee from David over at colonial. I knew what I wanted, and he made that happen with any problems. The price is good and the service was great.

I know winter is right around the corner and I didn't want to be unprepared, so I dropped in to check out some of their Jeeps. With David's help, I decided on a Grand Cherokee, and I already really like it. I know it will definitely be a nice upgrade from my previous vehicle.

A couple of weeks ago I got a new Dodge Durango with Dave's help. It is great for all of my needs. I definitely needed an upgrade from my old car so I'm happy that I was able to find this one.

I was in the market for a Jeep so I decided to stop by colonial. I'm glad I did. David, my salesman, was a huge help. He got me into a Jeep that I love and at a really good price too.

I'm in the process of buying a Jeep Wrangler from David at this store. I just love it! I'm so happy with it. It runs beautifully when I tested it and an't wait to drive it off the lot. David showed me all around the Jeep to make sure I knew how everything worked. He helped with the buying process too, so I was able to get a decent deal on it. I'm looking forward to taking it home.

I just bought a Jeep from David. He was pleasant and polite. He answered all of my questions and was even easily accessible when he wasn't at work to address any of my concerns.

This store is one of the bigger ones around. They have a really great selection of cars. I stopped in after setting up an appointment with Dave. He greeted me right away and I knew we'd get along well. He made the experience a really good one. I'm also really happy with the deal I was able to get.

I am so excited to have my new Jeep. I previously owned one that had some problems, so I knew it was time to trade it in. I met with Dave. He helped me get into a new one at great price. I can't stop talking about how much I love it!

This store came highly recommended, so I walked in one day looking for a new vehicle and Dave came out and greeted me. He was immediately very nice and welcoming. He helped me through the process of selling one I liked and even continued to follow up after I bought it to make sure I completely happy with it.

I have shopped quite a few dealerships over the years, but none have offered the same level of respect that I received at colonial. David greeted me more asa friend than a customer, and he made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire process. I never once felt rushed or forced into making decisions I wasn't ready to make. When I but my never vehicle, it will definitely be from him.

I was thrilled to learn that this dealership is connected with a bunch around the region, because I was concerned about not finding exactly what I wanted. Dave assured me that if they didn't have it in stock, he would be able to get it for me, and he delivered on his promise. He was able to find the exact Ram pickup I was looking for, and because of this, I highly recommend this dealership, and specifically Dave, to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

This dealership gets 5*s in everything it does. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to completely answer every question I had and provide me with great information. And for being a smallish store, they have a really nice selection, as well.

David was one of the most knowledgeable salesmen I've ever worked with. He pinpointed exactly what I needed for my family and the tough New England winters. It's been the ideal vehicle for our needs.

This dealership, with David in particular, has a very knowledgeable staff. Dave answered all my questions quickly and concisely. He knew the specs on nearly every Ram I asked him about, when compared to other pickups. Because he knew his stuff, I decided to buy my truck from him and I've never been disappointed with it.

This is a 5* dealership, and those are really hard to come by. I've only worked with David, so I can't vouch for the other sales people here, but he is one of the few open and honest sales people I've met. He tells you what to expect and what is a realistic fit straight away. I definitely appreciated that because then I wasn't stuck wasting my time. He goes out of his way to make you enjoy the experience and feel welcomed.

This dealership gave me A+ service all around. The woman I initially spoke with on the phone to set up an appointment and get more information was very polite and pleasant. My salesperson, Dave, was outgoing, fun, and very knowledgeable. Once he helped me find a vehicle I loved, he was able to expedite the whole buying process with his finance manager's help. They have a great team of people here.

I had a great experience, received great service, and they even have a pretty great selection of cars. My salesman David Bernier have me some of the best service I've very had especially from a car dealership. I liked him so much that my wife and I are thinking of trading in her car for a new one as well.

This store gets 5 stars across the board. The knowledgeable staff was truly represented in David, whom went above and beyond everything I could have asked for. The professionalism good hand-in-hand with this. In addition to him, everyone I was in contact with from the other salesmen near by to the finance office were really professional. The selection at this store (which is smaller than many other stores) was more than I expected. All around, the staff and service I received here were wonderful.

I drove over an hour to get to Colonial after not being able to find the truck I wanted nearby. They had the closest to what I wanted and David helped me get acquainted with all of its features. With his help, I was able to drive it home just a couple days later.
