I came here for a pedi and a fill-in and was unsatisfied with both. My nail polish started coming off the next day and 3 of my nails chipped because the nail tech filed them too thin. When I asked him not to do that he pretended to not hear. I'm sure half the employees in there are not licensed to do nails. I have never had this issue with my nails at all in the years I've been getting them done. If I could rate this place a zero I would. I will never return here or recommend this place to anyone.

Don't ever get lash extensions in this place!!! Got them done Wednesday in the afternoon. I liked it...but later that same night few of them fell out. I thought it wasn't a big deal....until I took a shower and washed my face. I lost half of eyelashes!!!! Colected them all to bring to the salon the next day. In the morning I found some of eyelashes on my pilow. So Thursday I came to the salon early in the morning to get the refund...instead of the staff being nice and apologetic they yeld at me saying it was my fault I lost lashes, they kept teling me that I washed my face wrong and that I slept on my face....it is not realy posible since I'm 8.5months pregnant...but not the point. I paid for permanent lash extensions so I don't think they are supouse to fall then you wash your face or sleep. So instead of great service I got yeld by 2people who worked there...instead of getting a refund the guy told me that he has to pay the lady who did my extensions and that he is not getting me a refund, he also told me that I waited to long to come back (I don't think 20hours later is too long). Lady who did my lashes kept teling that after she was done I was touching my lashes...that's normal I think...you want to see how it feels and she didn't say a word when I did that. Also she told me I can put mascara so that lashes would look even better. And they screamed at me for washing my face wrong...I mean come on, I didn't wear any makeup and the lashed started falling out...so if I would have put mascara(like she told me) and wanted to take it off what then....????They ofered to give me a discount on another lashextension sesion...50$ instead of a 100$....I was shocked...not even one full day I had those things on and they told me to get it done again...at a half price. That was too much. Finally after me almost being in tears with no eyelashes he told me that he can give me 50$ refund...I think this is absurd!!! If they offer service they should be able to fo it. So I will make sure lots of people know about lash extension service in that place. Can't say anything about nails but the customer service is horible...yelling at a pregnant woman is not nice, yelling about something they did wrong is even worse!!!!! So if you want to have nice eyelash extensions spend a little extra $ and save your nerves. And btw I colected all lashes I lost and had them in a napkin but the guy I talked to told me that I myself pulled the lashes out and saved them...hmmm interesting why would I get lash extensions and pul them out? So my experience was minus 50$ , 3 long lashes on each eye and completely no mood for the rest of the day :( I would give it a -5 stars if there would be an option.
