When I began using Windsor Florist a little over a year ago, I called to order my wife some flowers unfortunately at the last moment and even though they were about to close, they stayed late to create what turned out to be a an amazing arrangement of flowers. My wife was very pleased as well.Since then I order every month. The service and the product is always outstanding. Thanks ladies!

My son lives out of state so when orders me flowers I'm in daphne Al so couple times ftd has used Windsor flowers both times the flowers were dying before say and half last week received flowers that was obvious were expensive to my hospital room I had just had surgery looked beautiful when arrived within day and have yellow roses dying without ever beginning to open greenery all drying up call from hospital said they don't what happened told them this is second time with there florist said would send new arrangement that afternoon and older gentleman comes and saying going to take out to truck and rearrange came back with 3 new yellow roses and one original that was in bouquet not opening and tons of greenery looked and arranged like a funeral bouquet but I was in pain and not wanting to confront just not sure why didn't brong new arrangement to replace dying one so after getting home have to say not one of the rises ever opened very poor service and will tell my son for future to make sure ftd does not use windsors very disappointed

Both of my experiences with this company have been less than desired. The first time I went for a boutonniere they gave me the wrong style and wrong color. The second time was just a phone call but whoever was on the phone, I'm hoping it wasn't a manager or owner, was EXTREMELY rude and had a major attitude. It was completely unprofessional.

I will not be doing business with them again.
