I went to this clinic on Sunday, despite having a bad experience in the past. I thought it would be ok because there is new staff.........I couldn't be more wrong! I was told everything looked good, lungs were perfect even! Just a lot of post nasal drip. So I went home and continued to suffer for two days until I wound up in the ER with Pneumonia.

very disappointed ! I stopped by to be seen on Sunday the 14th for my sinuses had been getting dark yellow and green mucus out of them all week. Explained that to the nurse and she recorded it and done all her things and then the CRNP came in to see me and said so you are having sinus problems. I answered yes with headaches and ugly things coming from my sinuses. He asked me to sit on the exam table which I did then he continus to tell me he was going to look at my throat to see how it looks because we are going to do a throat culture to see if I had strep. He explained if there is strep then I have a bacterial infection and will give me an antibiotic. He never checked my lungs, ears. nose or face to see if it hurts. The nurse came back to do the swab for strep and I questioned her about why a strep for sinuses. She said she didn't understand either. I refused to have it done she went and told him and he came back in the room not understanding why I refused I told him I'm there for sinuses not throat. He started looking through my chart. I said never mind I will see my primary tomorrow I just want to go home and sleep. Very disappointed with the care or not that I received. I will not go back. Oh and also your co-pay is for a speciality service
