I drove a hour to get to this location, And I was told there was a HUGE selection of trucks to choose my parts from. There was three,....Yes three,.....And two of the three were not even the make of truck I was needing,. I had to leave my Boys up front which I understand due to safety,. But my kids had to hear these people bad mouth the city I live in, and fowl Language. When they asked " did I find what I needed " I politely said no that there was not any of the selection I was told of,. He shrugged his shoulders and " well sorry about your bad luck,.. Its a dollar fee to back have a great day " Never again will I go here they were rude didn't seem to care to make a sale or care as much all the commercials claim,. I drove to Mattoon found a parts yard were my boys and I were treated with respect and found what i was looking for. I told my kids this is why you stay in school get a good career, So you don't have to act bitter like those people. Words they will live by

I have used Bryant's for my recycling for years. They are always courteous and helpful. I will never go anywhere else.
