We has twelve people in our party and chose JR shuttle because of theiir low rate. The pick up was fine but for some reason they sent another company to pick up up. We had charges on our ceedit card for JR Shuttle and for this other company so instead of $10 we were charged $30 per person. Luckily our credit card company refused to pay the second carrier and filed a fraud charge. We had to cancel our card nut only paid the agreed upon amount. Be careful using this company they are a hit shady!

Pretty much a nightmare. Had 11am pickup scheduled. Called at 10:45 and dispatcher said driver would pickup in couple minutes. At 11:30 called back. Got voicemail. After 20 phone calls most of which were not answered, dispatcher assures me driver is 5 min away; 1PM. Nobody shows. On phone with cab company at 1:15PM to get transportation to airport. Look up and see one of their vans. Hang up with cab company and chase down the van. Ask driver if he is here to pick us up. Says no, not been notified of any pickups. Just happened to be driving by after drop off. Looks at his list for that day and we are on it. He is very nice and takes us to the airport. Not his fault and I told him the story and he says not surprised with that dispatcher. It was not a big deal since we had 7PM flight but could have been. It was just frustrating and aggravating being lied to, not answering my calls and straining to look at every shuttle van for the JR van for 2.5 hours. If they had just told me to sit for awhile and they would let me know when pickup would be, I would have been ok due to the late flight. Would not recommend. Cost was $30 for up to 4 people. I noticed that the most popular shuttles were ALL STARS and Park and Go. Hope this helps someone.
