I was very nervous to go to physical therapy since I'm rather shy and also worried it would be too painful. However, the staff there were all such nice, approachable people who took the time to listen to everything I had to say and to communicate clearly with me about what the process would be like. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go there in the future!
