The counselors are all foreign and speak broken English. This is the worst counseling place in all of Dallas. They try to analyze you and do a counseling session but every other word is missed since they speak broken English. Even if you admit to problems and think you have a problem they will still suggest you go through a 12 or 16 week class. Then they pitch you on taking it with them. Its not counseling, its just a sales pitch to give them more money. No matter if you are a first time problem or a repeat problem person, this place just wants you to give them money. They are closed minded and not real counselors. They have degrees from low colleges and a ghetto office location.
