Came for breakfast: ordered the TexMax Skillet (chorizo, hash browns, eggs, sliced avocado, salsa and sour cream) and opted for the pancakes instead of toast.

Overall it was just average: not bad. The pancakes had a very strong vanilla flavor that I was not expecting either.

And $3 for iced tea?

Waitstaff are friendly, and I love the fresh orange juicing machine they have, watching it grab two oranges, cut and juice them was fun :).
