They don't even list their number to get a hold of anyone at their Dallas location. In the meantime, their automated phone system says visit their site to shop and receive support yet so many links don't work within their product catalog. Hard to support a local business like this when they don't seem to care about making sure their site is updated, or don't even want to list a proper contact phone number.

DO NOT take a computer to them to repair the techs will diagnose a problem that can only be solved by buying additional merchandise from the store. I had taken a Windows PC that wasn't loading the OS properly. The tech wanted to reformat the HD and install Win8 to fix it. I took the computer home googled the error message and fixed the problem myself.

this store is wonderful!! i'v bought 2 laptops from them at great prices. so if u want a store with great coustmer service then this is the store for you!!!!
