Very Poor Customer Service and Very Poor Dry Cleaning Service



BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE... stay away from this place and its rude employees... they screwed up my 2 $400 suit jackets, failed to admit their mistake, fixed them by literally taking the cloth off from the jackets and amidst all this failed to take the stains out of the jacket for which i had put the suits for dry cleaning in the first place... the black woman is rude and not at all customer friendly.. Mr Johnson is almost always out of town and i wonder what will it take for him to call the customers if not ruined $800 suits... this place is ridiculous. They have no respect for their customers n their time.

The cleaners did a good job on cleaning my clothes however I was charged $5.40 for cleaning a 52% cotton and 48% polyester shirt. I asked why it was so expensive and the blond older lady stated that it was a silk shirt. She then said that polyester had to be cleaned differently than other shirts, she appoligized repeatedly but no reduction in price. If you take chothes here just ask for the price before you leave your laundry.
