Our Sharp microwave drawer suddenly lost all power due to sleep deprivation and bad decisions on my part. It is Christmas Eve and I'm cooking the family dinner. I need my microwave. Blair had us in and out of his shop in less than an hour with a working microwave. A part still needs to be replaced by it has power and is able to cook things now... I just have to open the drawer manually (I think I can handle that). We were treated with kindness and respect. We will definitely be returning with any future appliance needs.
