I have a 1998 Honda CRV with 100K+ miles on it. In the past few months, I have noticed some deep-tone rattling sound coming from the rear of my car.

I Googled some possible causes and took my car to a Firestone location for detailed checkup and solution.

I was told the strut mount were somehow loose but they couldn't tightened it well enough to rid of the rattling sound. The only way is to replace the struts. That'd be $580.

Long story short, I found Berlini's Automotive because they would take the struts warranty even though those struts weren't purchased there (they carry the same brand).

Mr. Berlini and one of his technician sat in my car and had a test drive to experience what the noise was.

They found out it's coming from the strut mount. Because one of the bushes had gone bad, it caused a gap in the mount. That's why I heard rattling noises when I drove over some rough surface.

It cost me 105 total to have it all taken care of instead of 580.

I highly recommend this place.

Germany. This is definitely the most honest with most fair prices repair shop I've found in Dallas and that were a lot. The fixed the power steering and AC for a fraction of the price from other shop's estimates. They definitely know how to fix a car without trying to sell unnecessary and expensive spare parts! My car was there several times for different jobs and just feels very safe there! :) I already recommended Berlini's to a friend with radiator problem at her Saab. She drove all the way from Fort Worth to Dallas and saved about $1000 comparing to estimates of repair shops in Fort Worth. I'm extremely happy to have found this place!

Fantastic Service!

One morning on my way to work I lost control of my truck in a patch of ice, damaging my wheel and bending my axle. Berlini's was the second place I called, and Mr. Berlini himself said he could take a look at it right then. He spent over an hour on the phone to locate new parts for my truck, installed them, and also did my brakes for me all the same day. He went out of his way to take care of my truck. I HIGHLY recommend Berlini's Automotive!
