I cannot recommend this store highly enough. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have purchased a couple of items in the past, had items appraised, repaired, and recently worked with them to custom design an item. Their prices are competitive and all of the items are of high quality. They are always positive in their interactions with customers and encourage questions. They explain things in easy to understand language and have always made me feel welcomed and important.

The gold Shop has very friendly staff working ,and very beautiful pieces for sale as well as a large inventory.My only complaint with this store is most Jewelers I have bought from they have afforded free sizing ,Here they Did not and charged another nearly hundred dollars to size .Thumbs Down
