Horrible Company - Poor Quality - Don't bother!!

I decided to use SRF last summer to replace a 6' privacy fence in my back yard. They told me they can turn it around in one week but in actuality they turned it around in 3 weeks (!!!). They used the old 'foot in the door' trick - once they lock you in with a deposit, it doesn't matter what they told you. It'll get done when it gets done. Having dogs, I argued with the contractor to setup a temporary fence for free. I had to call him four times and then his manager twice before someone called me back after a few more days of waiting. Essentially, the quality of the job was so-so, the quality of the wood was sub-par, they they left a mess behind with nails and pieces of wood all over. It was a horrific experience that I whole heartedly regret giving them a few thousand dollars. I used a smaller local "mom & pop" shop last month to replace a shared fence between my neighbor and I. They were polite, professional, clean, and turned the job around in less than three days. The quality of

Didn't get past an initial meeting

We figured with a business name like this, it would be exactly what we needed for our modest project. We walked into the office and getting anything more than a greeting from the gentleman behind the desk was like pulling teeth. We left feeling they had zero interest in helping a homeowner as opposed to a developer. Their loss.

I would NOT recommend Split Rail Fence!

Split Rail Fence put an invalid lien on our house which was order to be released immediately by a judge.
