I will never go back there again!!! They are a bunch of thief!! They told me that I needed a new carburetor for my generator, even after I told them all I needed was a fuel cap and 2 fuel hoses. They charge me over $70 to replace cap and hoses (I never authorize the installation of cap and hoses) I took generator to another place and the carburetor was OK. At the end of the day it cost me $40 to find out where not to go ever again!!

The owner says that he doesn't support the Military, he says that this is not his Country! He is a non-patriotic Bigot! Please don't shop here the owner needs to be put out of business and deported to the Country he is from!

The only reason I gave them a star is because apparently it is required that I give them some star rating. They certainly don't even rate that.

Don't go here. Eight weeks to get a chainsaw repaired. Eight weeks. No calls to say what the problem was. No calls to tell me how much repairs would be before they did them. And if you lose your magic claim number you may as well forget it because apparently they have no other way to track you when you call them to ask what in the hell the problem is.

I had a lawnmower repaired here years ago and it was the exact same way. i thought maybe they'd just had a bad spell, but no, this is apparently how they do business. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice and I'll make it a point to warn anyone else away from this place. I have no idea how they stay in business. It is terrible.

I do not recommend them at all, while they do a decent repair of lawn equipment, their service is slow, ( to repair a Cub Cadet riding lawn mower's belt they have yet to reply after 2 weeks) they do not call the customer with any price quotes before doing the repair, nor do they call the customer with a status report. If you have lost your ticket with the 7 digit claim number they have no way of looking up who you are and your repair status. Their prices are high, and again do not give the customer a chance to approve the repair once the price of repair is know.



This was my second try with them. My first try was on a gas weed eater, that needed a corroborator repair. They did not call with a price and after a week I called them to find out, they had already started the repair at a cost of $150, the weed eater only cost me $199 when I bought it new and would have chosen to replace rather than fix.



I am on the phone with them now and have waited 15 minutes for someone in service to answer the phone regarding my lawn tractor, the belt and when I can pick it up after 2 weeks of waiting, with no call from them on the status or price for the belt repair.



While they are local and would be a great resource to me as I try to keep my 4 acres in shape, I will not use them again. They may be a great service provider to others but for this single women they appear to have other customers they value more.
