i recently had to switch groomers as mine moved out of state. My aussie-chow mix is very particular and accustomed to a single groomer her whole life -- and doesn't take to strangers being "hands on" with her. We did a visit first with Kim to feel things out. Within 5 minutes, she was letting Kim pet her. made an appointment for a grooming - Kim had her in and out in a little over an hour. She was very calm and happy -- and not at all stressed. Kim's energy is wonderful - and her shop is just darling. Very calm, set off from the road -- the animals even have a window view while they're being groomed! We are so happy to have found Kim!

Love and adore Kim! Was referred to her by a friend and have been going to her ever since. I believe Kim has groomed my miniature Schnauzer four times now and my Daisy looks fantastic every time. And not just that Daisy is truly happy and calm when I pick her up. You can tell Kim loves and enjoys what she does.

kim has the cleanest shop and she baby's my dog beyond belief ! she loves on them and lets them run and play while they are there. my dog has never liked the grooming experience but he loves kim. highly recommened, you will not be sorry.!

Great place, great groomer, and the nicest person to deal with. You can actually tell Kim likes what she's doing. I have a cocker and the cut is always just what I am looking for. He's always happy to go in and happy when I get there. I think she may spoli him a little when I'm not there :-).



I will always recommend Kim to anyone that has a pooch to get groomed or just bathed and pampered a little.

We had a GREAT experience with our dog (Pookie) at Tail and Paw, Kim was amazing,friendly and very clean. She went beyond our expectations. We would recommend Tail and Paw to anyone that has dogs. Thank you for everything :-)

I have 3 dogs that Tail and Paw have groomed. Kim did such a great job with them. I felt like they were in the best hands. Like everyone else that owns a dog they are my babies. They smelt great and looked perfect. I have my own business in Cypress. I have even posted a business card on my wall for her. I have had several clients that have used her and were extremely happy. Keep up the good work.

They did an excellent job! I have been looking for the past year for somewhere great to take my poodle! This was probably about the fifth place I took him. Most others had given him a horrible haircut, clipped his nails to short or he came back drugged (seriously), but the owner of Tail and Paw did a wonderful job and was so sweet you could really tell the dogs loved her! I will definetly be taking him back!

I have two very adorable dogs, one is a mini Aussie shepherd and the other is a boxer. Both of my pups have been there several times. Each time I pick them up, they are gorgeous, smell wonderful and are extremely happy. They are my little model pups when I pick them up!! The owner is a very sweet, hard working woman who goes out of her way to satisfy her customers and their pups. I've seen the owner bust her tail to make all of her customers happy and want to come back!!

I have never met such a nice person, Mrs. Kim was so helpful. I took my puppy Carter in to her last week. I have never been so pleased with the outcome. From the begging to the end I was extremely comfortable with leaving my baby with Kim. She also worked around my work schedule unlike other grooming places would do. I dropped Carter off in the morning and picked him up after work. When I picked Carter up he was cut just how I wanted him and smelled amazing. I just want to thank Kim again for opening such a great place to take my puppy! I will TELL EVERYONE IN COLES CROSSING to go to her!

Thanks Kim for the great job you did on my dog the other day. I would recommend you to anyone, you were extremely nice and gave great advice on all the questions I asked you. I really appreciated you taking me last minute and was very greatful for you to stay past normal business hours instead of telling me to come back tomorrow like some places would of. I stopped in because the shop was very close to my house. The shop was very clean, and the ladys inside where very nice. Most important my dogs groom looked fantastic! My dog seemed very happy when I picked him up, not to menchen the prices where reasonable. Thank you Tail and Paw I will return soon.
