Horrific experience! I would not recommend this business to any of my friends or relatives. The doctor was very rude and overall made visits extremely uncomfortable. I would state that the contacts that were fitted were very blurry and he would simply say just try it and continuously send me out the door. This happened many times in FIVE visits in a row. Absolutely nothing was resolved and he proceeded to tell me that there was nothing he could do for me. Basically my time spent there was a waste. I've worn contacts for my whole life and had recently changed insurance plans so I was searching for a new doctor. I most definitely would never recommend cy-fair eye care to anyone.

It's been more than a month since I ordered a pair of glasses after the exam.

Til this date, i haven't gotten any glasses. The tech said that it will be ready next week if it passes QA again.



Everytime I call, the tech said that the lab found flaw on the pair and need t obe redone.

They failed during QA. This goes on for more than a month now.



What kind of workmanship is this? Can do a single pair of glasses right for more than a month.



2 years ago I was here doing business with this place and same thing happened. Thnking that this time will be better since 2 years have past, but I was wrong.



Will not do business with this place again.
