Major Theft issue in this apartment. Lately I feel that bad people located in the mobile home park that is next to the apartment are coming into the apartment complex or bad people from Hawaiian Gardens are coming into this complex. Either way, the management of this complex doesn't have a solution to the theft problem. Frequently loud tenants have been moving in. Parking is horrible. Families with 3 or more cars take all the guest parking space. Almost impossible to find parking after 7pm. Safety is an issue. Security that drives around once every 3 hours is a joke.

The apartments are very spacious, the landscaping is immaculately maintained, and the managers are helpful and courteous. The maintenance people are very quick and polite. I locked myself out of my apartment at midnight and was able to call the internet website which connected me to someone who was able to get a maintenance worker to my apartment with a key within ten minutes. Cats are allowed, but dogs are not. The laundry facilities are convenient but a bit costly ($1.50 a load to wash and another $1.50 a load to dry). The pools are not heated, which stinks because they get very cold! Overall, this complex is wonderful! It's a great place to live!
