I ordered food through eat24. it said about 45-60 minutes delivery time. I called about an hour after I made the order. No one answered and had to leave a vm to call me back. Waited another 20 -30 min and left another vm to cancel my order. left message with eat24 that I wanted to cancel my order. They came 2 hours after I made the order. A young man came and I told him that it's been 2 hours, I had already requested to cancel the order and to take the order back.



Received message from eat24 claiming the food was delivered. I called back and told them we didn't accept delivery. They are standing behind a restaurant that took over 2 hours to try to deliver the food and now making me dispute it with paypal. It's bad enough that I did not get the food I was promised and had to go out in the rain to go get food an hour and a half later but it's unacceptable that they are trying to get paid on something that they did not even deliver. They should be ashamed of themselves
