My first time at Stella Luna Yoga will actually be tomorrow which is super exciting, and I'll be sure to update this review with the details of that. Buuut I would like to say that I have been practicing yoga for a while now and have had the privilege of practicing under many fantastic instructors. So you have to understand that when I say that Stella is the the absolute, hand-down BEST of them without a doubt, that it means a lot!



Her energy, words and presence enhance the experience of yoga in ways that cannot be described with words. If you have not tried one of her classes out yet you are missing out! If you want a truly moving experience then take my advice: go to Stella Luna Yoga!
