I been coming to the Cuyahoga falls midas for 8 years. I always come back because of the great service. The manager Adam is very friendly very knowledgeable and takes very good care of customers. Colin is also an amazing person there. Colin is very friendly when he answers the phone answers all my questions is very helpful and very reliable. They have the best service and always do top notch work. I love coming here they always do great.

I usually make my own repairs and I own an older vehicle. My muffler pipe broke off and cracked my catalytic converter pipe. Advanced Auto Parts did not carry anything that would fit my needs and sent me to Midas. I expected to be charged a lot for the parts alone. Desperate to have my loud muffler fixed, I went and they told me to bring in the vehicle. After waiting shortly in the waiting room, I was checked in. They were very busy. Soon after I was told that they were going to fix my problem at no charge. I was soooooo happy! I had such a busy work week ahead of me and it started raining out. So glad not to work in the rain under my car. They showed me the nice work they did. Put a new pipe that fit the converter to my muffler. I will remember this for life. Midas is a great place to take your vehicle for a fair price and great service. I will recommend Midas to my family and friends. This was by far my greatest experience with any automotive work shops.
