The staff was rude, unprofessional and had an inappropriate conversation with another customer, well as made fun of that customer after he walked away. Other customers couldn't help but hear them poking fun of that customer behind behind his back. In my opinion, if they don't like their job, then go somewhere else! Terrible. 4-9-16.

This place is the best I travel all the way from parma oh to come here very friendly and fast service the line aren't long at all in and out and Jason is amazing and helpful! Well done

Needed to get fingerprinted and have a photo taken, fast and easy with wonderful service. Best dmv experience I've had!

I have been using this license bureau for several years so I have been in that facility on many occasions the people working there are very professional and friendly they have always gone out of their way to help and provide the best services possible I highly recommend using them
