Friendly, Helpful, Informative and all around Great Customer Service! We had reviewed the information at www.troncalli.com regarding a used 2006 Pontiac G6 Convertible and found the website was very informative, detailed and had lots of pictures. Went out on a Saturday morning to look at the car and test drive and we were able to look at the car and discuss a few things before the Sales Representative approached us. Donald Bradshaw was a laid back and easy-going Sales Representative. We never felt pressured, rushed or deceived. We made a deal with one contingency, fix the passenger side window. Took the car home on Saturday and returned on Monday evening and the body shop jumped right on fixing the window (just happened to be one of the bolts loose in the track) Mark in the body-shop made quick work of the problem and I was on my way. Nick the Sales Manager made promises and kept them! We had a great experience and would buy from them again as well as refer other customers!
