Horrible experience with the service department. I called and was told they could perform a specific service and was quoted a price. I drove 40 minutes out of my way to have this work done thinking that being a brand new dealership and touting “state of the art facility” that this would be a good choice. I was completely mistaken. Not only did they not perform the correct service on my vehicle, when I asked verbally twice and had it in writing on my service request form, but when I picked up my vehicle and questioned it, the service manager stated “we don’t perform that service here”. So almost $200 for a service I didn’t need and their only response was they’d give me 4 free oil changes. Forget the time, frustration and cost I’d already had to deal with. And why would I drive 40 minutes each way for something I can do on my own in 30 minutes at home?! They certainly missed the point. No way I’d recommend this place.
