Not so nice people. I left them 10 messages and no one ever returned my phone calls to at least tell me that our vehicle that was locked up in their lot will be okay! In spite of our ordeal in borrowing my ill mother's vehicle just for us to get around for today and celebrate our 12 year old's birthday, this parking company had the audacity to charge us an additional $20 fee for storage! What?! And.....Rodolfo the person in charge tonight even claimed that they have always had the sign. Nope,hat was not the case last night since we were one of the early arrivals. The attendant that dealt with us never even mentioned that there was a time limit to their lot and that we should have been told that we needed to return at a certain time!



MY SUGGESTION to any club or restaurant owners....if you do not want a bad reflection on your business do not hire this company to do your parking for you. They are first of all rude and heartless! Just awful people. I am so traumatized!

I dropped my car for a quick shopping on Sunset Plaza/West Hollywood for about 5-10 min. I came back to get my car, the valet brought and let in on. Very normal! But when I get back home, I figured out that I can't release my car key from the ignition system. I can turn on and off but can't get my key out!! The system is obviously broke. I tried to reach them to figure out for the expenses but can't get in hold with anybody.
