I have been going to Amberwood for years, the staff is very caring towards my animals. Dr. Buchard has a way with dogs. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I called to make an appointment for my cat for an annual checkup and was not greeted with a friendly tone at all. The lady was annoyed and irritable and was taking it out on me. She asked me the general questions about my pet and then got an attitude with me and hung up on me. Will not be coming here ever! If I could give 0 stars, I would
