Well Ken we are sorry your vehicle is driving down the road and has not caused you any problems. We are sorry that the part house did mess up but heck everyone is not as perfect as urself. I have several businesses and what I do with my business isn’t any of yours. As long as I provided the service I promised you. So Ken it’s really not nice to talk about anyone especially when it’s a lil crazy to go to Napa and scream and pitch a fit like a lil kid cause your parts was wrong. You made people think you was not right. If u know what I mean. By the way our hourly rate is right on. Lower then most and same as others. Have a great day.
