Don't belive there bullshit or buy nothing from these people. I purchased a engine for a 2004 hyundai tiburon took 14 days to receive my engine put the engine in and had to call them the first day it was in to complain about it the person I talked to was very rude and non professional acted like I did something wrong with install the only thing wrong was I put there junk in my vehicle. There Web site says quality tested engines yeah my ass quality junk oil pan bolts stripped had to replace injectors all 6 engine was filthy inside had to change oil 3 times and use engine Flush to clean engine still having trouble with it still today never did get anywhere with the warranty because when u try to go on line and summit ur information site won't let u do it I had emailed them no response so now I spent a thousand dollors on a engine that I had to ues all my sensors and components to make this engine run not to mention the valves tap every so often (CROOKS)

Everyone, BEWARE of this company, they are crowks and Con men. I ordered a motor from them and then canceled the next day, and as of 4 days later I still have not received a refund back to my bank. I sent an email to them of this fact they responded back to me by calling me an Idiot and a Moron, I have since checked with my banker to sign an afidavid against their company in the hopes of trying to receive my money back, so DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS READ ALL ARTICLES FROM OTHERS THAT MADE THIS MISTAKE LIKE ME

We placed an order for an engine late Friday afternoon. We called first thing Saturday morning (9:00 AM when they opened) to cancel the order as we decided to trade the vehicle in rather than repair it. Joe H. indicated he could not cancel the order and that "they were not even open on the weekends" althought their website said their hours were 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST. He said I had to call back on Monday. When I asked to speak to a manager, he started yelling at me and said I had to call back and screamed, "HANG UP THE PHONE ALREADY!" and then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked if I could at least leave a message for a manager to call me back. Great customer service, Joe!



I sent an email to the company through their website indicating I wanted to cancel my order. I got an email back withink 10 minutes stating I was going to be charged a 25% RESTOCKING FEE even though the order had NOT been processed or shipped. This was not even 24 hours later, and probably only 6 business hours later at most. Oh, and they aren't even open on the weekends....remember?



I did a little research after I was treated so rudely and discovered their F rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have over 240+ complaints against them for shady business practices. I wish I had researched this company BEFORE making a decision to buy an engine from them. I FEEL THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SHAM AND RIP OFF ARTIST. Take your business elsewhere!

please report these crooks to any and all organizations you can in order to put them out of business ASAP before they scam anyone else. report them to the IRS, Attorney General, Better Business Bureaus and most important, file a report with your bank. Get everyone involved with who they are and how many states they are reaking terrorism upon.

After I purchased an engine from these guys I thought I got a great deal but something still nagged me, so I did my due diligence and researched the Hell out of it thankfully my nag was right the complaints were astounding, So 2 days later I cancelled my Order thankfully I got it back less the 25% restock fee to me that's a small price to pay rather than discover I would have to shell on another $3 grand to have a defective engine rebuilt ,these guys are shysters stay away at all cost .

Don't just walk...RUN AWAY!!! I have never seen a company treat people so poorly. I'm convinced they are scamming us out of our $$$. We purchased a part for $1395, but the company said it was declined. According to our bank, they attempted the transaction twice. The first transaction was approved but the second was declined (who can afford to pay that kind of money twice?) Meanwhile, the company is trying to sell the part while we get this figured out. Allen (the owner?) told me that I'll be embarrassed in the morning when the bank releases the funds and that if we had our banking affairs in order we would not be having this issue. Please share this with everyone - people need to be warned.

I've just experienced dealing with the worst scum I've ever dealt with. They are underhanded thieves. I ordered an expensive auto engine, and tried to cancel the order a few minutes later. They will not cancel my order. There are probably a few happy folks who dealt with these bastards. But judging from the BBB dot com website, most shoppers are taken for a ride. Don't be a fool. Stay far away from these nasty sharks.

Exactly NOT what they say they are!

Ordered an engine 3 weeks ago, they charged card immediately, finally gave me a carfax 2 weeks in, claim to have shipped but still can't provide shipping information. If you look up salvage yards in Milwaukee they don't show up and they only have a PO Box in their contact information. When you find a company with only 5 star and 1 star reviews I think you can assume the 5 stores are ficticious.



They will ask you to provide VIN number on a form they give you, that should be good proctice but when you do that you are agreeing to some very terrible terms and conditions. Use the lawyer method of marking up the unacceptable parts before sending back and keep a copy. Or even better just buy from somebody else.
