I have been going to Randall Road animal hospital for years. I wil not deny that they give great service and care to the pets they see everyday. All four of my animals have been going there for years. I am just disappointed on how they handled my most recent series of visits. I have a new pet, that did need their care. I spent about $300 so far on the care received, which is fine. I want my pet to be healthy and cared for. My disappointment was that we are nearing the end of treatment, and I was coming in for a recheck. I asked last time I was in, how much the total would be and they told me the fee. They offered to me that they might be able
To waive the recheck fee based on what the doctor said. No problem. I got a phone call from Mandy stating that they would waive the fee. The day of my appointment I went in and had the check, and when I went to checkout said I had a balance due. I explained to the front desk agent that I received a phone stating they would waive it. She followed up with my doctor and he said they were not going to waive it and I had to pay. I am just frustrated because I feel that the situation wasn't handled correctly. It's more so the principal of customer service that I received. I Felt that it wasn't important. I understand I don't have a major priority case, and they are busy with a lot of other things, but you should have better communication and a level of customer service standards to your pet owners and communication between staff members. This could have just been a one off, but I hope they can just take the feedback to better their service. I still love the care they give my animals every time I am there. I would still recommend them to future clients. This review is just to give feedback for them in the future.

I have four dogs and have been taking them to Randall Road Animal Hospital for the past nine years. My newest puppy, a havapoo which I purchased from Tony's Happy Puppies in Hampshire was in to see Dr. Sandhu yesterday for a new puppy wellness exam. The entire staff fell in love with "Buttons". Dr. Sandhu said that I got a perfect puppy and I couldn't have got a better one. He was so impressed that he took a picture of Buttons with one of his CVT's and asked if it would be okay to use the photo on social media. Of course I said yes. Thanks you Angela at Tony's Happy Puppies for breeding top line puppies and to Dr. Sandhu for being the kind of doctor you really want to take care of your pets!

Even on thanksgiving day

Since I adopted Peka, my springer/cocker mix, all of the services offered by Randall Road Animal Hospital have been outstanding. I have taken her to the Veterinarians for her annual visits, as well as when necessary. I have also used their facilities for boarding while on vacation and the grooming services. Everyone that works there is wonderful, and they've always treated my "Peka" as though she was their own dog. I highly recommend them to everyone I know who is a pet owner.

I have been taking my dogs to Randall Road Animal Hospital for almost 3 years now and will continue to do so. Dr. Sandhu is wonderful with my dogs and treats both them, and myself, with the utmost respect and kindness. I always have questions and always receive informative and thoughtful answers. I find Dr. Sandhu to be very realistic and knowledgable in regards to my pets' health and I trust him implicitly. My dogs are very receptive to him and I know my little ones are in good hands.

I was surpised to find such a great Veterainian here in Crystal Lake,The staff was Excellent, and Dr. Sandhu. listen to my concerns and problems i had with my dog. He worked out a plan to help, my dog get better. He is a gifted and well caring vet, that has a passion for caring of animals. Thanks Dr .Sandhu and staff..

ive used a lot of vets befor and i cant say iv ever been this disappointed in the quality of care they give to the animals and people.

My 11 year old Pug was attacked by another dog at a local park. It was traumatic for my Pug and me. The Vet ,Dr Sandhu, was wonderful. He had a very soft, calming touch with my petrified little guy, and he listened to my concerns. We've had some excellent Vets over the years, but I have never seen another Vet work as well with my Pug as Dr. Sandhu did. Plus, he did not sock it to us on the bill. The fee for the emergency service and medication was reasonable. Best thing they relocated to new place in front of old clinic which is a big hospital , they have every thing there and I am so grateful!

I have been going to them since they saved my cat, which other two vet clinics had suggested to put down. I was highly immpressed with the dedication they put into saving my cat. After I discovered them I have not even thought about going to any other vet. I take all my pets (2 cats and a dog) here. On the top somebody is always available to answer your question even after hours. Best clinic in the area.

A friend of mine brought there dog there to get neutered, the tech gave him a double dose of anesthesia and killed the dog. This didn't phase the vet at all they just charged an extra $50. These are not good people.

They obviously have horrible comunication skills and dont care about anything other than makeing money. Nuetering is a very simple surgery that should not result in the death of an animal. A 9 month old puppy was brought to this office on its last and saddest day of its short life. This poor animal had to site in a cage fro 6hrs while the techs and the doctor were to busy to even communicate with the fact that this 12 pound dog was already given anesthsia at 8am and then at around 2pm when they were finally ready to perform surgery they redosed him causing him to die from over dose, i caution you to reconsider using this office if u truely care for the safty and well being of your animals,

i did a lot of research and called many vet to fix my crypochd??? dog..everyone scared a hell on me. but this vet was very confident and fix my dog like nothing is happened. i LOVE THEM.

i Just moved to lake in the hills and found about Randall Road Animal hospital when i went to fire bar grill.they fixed my dog and she recover like nothing is happened. incision is so small i mean you can't tell.i really impressed with service. I give five star to this vet.
