After speaking with Jeremy ; I loaded the bike on the trailer, dropped it at the shop , talked about the work and parts , talked about a time frame , and cost , I own a 88 cu.in. Got a hydraulic upgrade on my cam system . Work was spot on , done ✅ in a timely fashion , JUST LIKE THE MAN SAID IT WOULD BE , got a call BAM 💥 DONE ✅ went and test rode it, and off I went , can’t wait for my stage 2 upgrade , GREAT JOB!!😎✌️

Picked up my bike October 26, 2017 after having new bars installed. Left the shop started riding home and realize my heated grips where not working. Return to the shop 5 minutes later. I was told it would be fixed ASAP. I am going to cut all the BS in between out. I will state that my bike was finally returned to me on February 4. I was told very sorry but everything is all set. Needless to say. The heated grips we’re still not working. I will go far as to even tell you they were never working properly after the bar install. Because they weren’t even plugged in on the right side grip. So I was given $500 back and told sorry this is the best that I can do. So as of this date I still have non-functional heated grips after the bar install done Pure Powersports.

I have a 2017 Street Glide and decided to upgrade my camshaft and pipes. Pure Power Sports provided me with the information I needed to make an educated decision. Their knowledge of the products and their willingness to answer my questions made the process easy. I picked up my bike and was pleased with both thee look and sound of the bike. My wife was impressed with how loud the bike sounds and was extremely happy with their service. Especially since she called once to make a payment and asked many questions. She is definitely a fan of their customer service and changes to the bike. I will only work with PPS for upgrades to my 2017 Street Glide. Great job guys!

Had some performance upgrades done to my new Road Glide and they hit a home run. Very happy with the extra power and was 1/2 the price of the dealer. Bike runs amazing and I still have beer money lol thanks guys! See you again this fall.
