Purchased a Mazda 3 for my wife and got a great experience. They answered all my questions and gave me a great price.

AVOID !!!!

Brought car in for seasonal tire changes.After 2 hour wait service person comes in and said that my driver side door handle wont open the car...They wanted me to wait more and offered 10 percent off repair costs.THEY BROKE IT ...intentionally or not,,will never know.WOW..AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

This most likely is the worst service I have ever received from a car dealership. It was not the best experience when I thought I purchased the car, but I finally had to call after 6-7 weeks after the purchase of a 500 series, as this dealership did not have the courtesy to contact me on the status of my purchase. Only to be told, that they would have to call me back, as they needed to speak with the salesperson. So now here I sit not knowing anything about the status of my new car. Bad, Bad, Bad. Don't go here, unless you are not interested in being treated like a person let alone a customer. My thinking is that this dealership truly does not care about their customers.
