I really do enjoy this restaurant. I love them making the food in front of you. It truly is exquisite.

The sushi here is excellent...surprising for Crystal Lake! You would expect to find sushi this fresh in the city. We have been eating here for years and the quality is consistent. The staff and owners are very friendly and they remember their customers. Wish the sushi dining area was bigger, but I go back for the food.

The restaurant has been there a long time, first as only hatachi, then the owner retired and the place was taken over by the sushi chef and his wife. The hatachi is still there and thriving, and the added sushi section is also thriving. They are nice people who always remember you (we hae been going there for years) and the food is excellent. The place has been remodeled, just wish they had room for a larger sushi bar. Used to go to Bistro Wisabi often, but this place is better, and my bartender is no longer at Wisabi.
