I've used GNT almost exclusively over the years for business travel and used their stretch SUV for a couple of outings with friends downtown. Every time I've used them for a leisure trip the driver has done something that exceeded my expectations. When my parents were in town we planned a day trip and mentioned to the dispatcher that we would want to detour for a coffee stop first thing that morning. We were delighted when our driver showed up with hot coffee already in the vehicle!

When I need transportation to or from O'Hare, I only call GNT Limo. It's easy to reach GNT to both make a reservation and to call when getting off my plane. Their rate is comparable to local taxi services. The drivers are awesome -- they are local to my area, they use GPSs so I never have to tell a new driver how to get to my house, the cars are clean and run well, the drivers are friendly, and I have never received the "I had a flat tire" call, which I can't believe cab companies do when they do not have a car in my area for a scheduled pickup!! GNT has gone out of their way to accommodate me when my travel plans have been disrupted, however, they will not do this at the expense of another scheduled passenger. GNT has a large number of regular business customers-- we want reliable, consistent service, and that's what we get with GNT. I also recommend GNT for vacation travel, and for company that is not renting a car.

do not use this service!!!! corporate traveler looking for new service.....called and spoke to jonathan... ask for rates... put me on hold... sounded like he did not even care about customer, attitude was horrible .. answered ? with yep and no. $45 over priced compared to other vendors.. good luck if you ride with this co.
