Talked to Frank who worked with me to diagnose and repair my laptop with a new motherboard. Apparently the CPU fried out because the fan was caked with crud and dirt. Who knew that compressed air would help keep the thing clean? I thought I was good because I used a screen stand to let the machine breathe. Anyhow, Frank was awesome. I would go back to him in a heartbeat - no not so good buy geeks for this kid! Professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced!
