I love coming here!! The staff is SO friendly and Helpful!! I appreciate the the time and care that is shown!!! From the from welcoming staff to everyone around the building your are not treated like a patient but like a family member and they really care about your health!!!

All of the employees at Puntillo and Crane Orthodontics are extremely nice and helpful. Donna and Stephanie were very nice and helpful with our appointment needs. Everyone is always very informative and offer great tips on what could be done better. And when asked about mouth guards and floss, etc. they make sure to get you what you ask and it was free so that is always appreciated. Dr. Crane is always very nice and knowledgeable and explains things. The atmosphere at the offices is always very clean and up to date with technology. We would highly recommend coming here to any and all of our friends.

I am almost done with treatment and my experience with Puntillo & Crane has been great! They have convenient hours and always worked with me on getting appointments that worked with my very busy schedule. Very happy with my experience!

So professional, nice, and realistic when it came down to fixing my smile. They listened to the problems I had and what I didn't like and gave me serval pieces of information stating how they were going to fix it all the way down the the financial breakdown so I knew exactly what I needed to be prepared for money wise. We started the process that day!

I love the fact that I can make myself hot chocolate to go. There is never any waiting for my appointments and the whole place is so efficient and friendly! Thanks puntillo you guys are the best!!!

We have be very pleased with both the doctors and staff at Puntillo. My son gets a little nervous before going, and they make him feel very comfortable with each procedure. His teeth are looking great and his braces should be able to be taken off very soon!!

Excellent as always!! Everything went well, just had to replace a bracket!! Everyone is always so nice! And only have 1 rubber band this time!! Woo hoo!!

This was a great visit! :) This was the day Trenton's retainer was delivered. So now that we have gone through the braces, the retainer fitting and now the retainer delivery, we are just on the maintenance portion of keeping his teeth beautiful and straight!! Thank you :)

I am starting phase 2 of my ortho treatment - and I am looking forward to a great smile. So far, Dr. Puntillo has already corrected my crazy looking crooked teeth, and now he is going to correct my crazy looking overbite! I know he does great work because he fixed my brother's teeth, and he always gets compliments on his smile. Noah Brown
