Very rude. No customer service whatsoever. Also they have a big neon sign that says eyelash waxing so they are obviously not intelligent either!

I asked them how much it would be for everything we wanted, she told me a price and then said oh no wait and the price would go up. She must have done that about five different times. Then we were getting our nails feet and eyebrows done we asked for Pearl tips, my sister's is white, mine are Pearl but they didn't paint the tips they painted the whole nail, and they were completely rude about everything. When we told them that my sisters was supposed to be pearl and mine were supposed to be tips they said the price would go up. She said it would be more because they have to take it off then add more color. I told her it was her fault that they did it wrong in the first place, she said that we should have been paying attention. I went there to have a girl's day with my sister and talk to my sister, I should not have to pay attention to what you do. You should do it correctly if your professional.

Always able to get in and haven't had any problems with the service. Always nice when I come in

Service sucks! They close at 7 and we got there at 6 and you can tell they were upset bc they immediately started laughing and talking in chinese. And I think that's so rude bc it makes people think we aren't welcome! I will not be going back! Then I wanted a certain glitter polish and he would put it on bc he said its not right and I said no at least try and he said no he wouldn't...I will never go back!

always get in quickly and haven't had any problems with the service.

I hate when the person talks on the phone while I am paying for a manicure,barely looked up to talk to me,shuffled about,and sent me out with a French tip,when I asked for color,and I am sorry but it I'd rude to speak another language at work, the customer feels like an intruder,and I hate that,no tip,and I always tip :(
