I've been to Taylor Tire before, and not had any problems, so I sent my daughter to them when her car was vibrating, thinking it needed tires balanced and rotated. It didn't help. We took the car somewhere else. They found two tires getting ready to separate and one of the tires not even balanced. Went back to Taylor Tire with this information. No apology or anything other than,, "I don't know anything about that." I asked about the bad tires; shouldn't they have caught that?. "I don't know anything about that. It was early in the morning." I told then that my daughter had heard, from the waiting room, the employees yelling at one another, calling each other idiots. That's not very professional. "I don't know about that."
Update: I did get a call that afternoon from the owner of the business, apologizing and he sent me a full refund and asked that I give them another chance. That impressed me.
