I had purchased granite counter tops from this company in 2007. I paid extra to have a better sealer put on my granite tops. It was supposed to be a 15 year sealer. After only 3 years, I had 4 stains from 4 different things. My color according to my paper work is Black Absolute. I come to find out that although I was charged for a better sealer, there is in fact no sealant put on my counter top. Trying to calmly resolve this issue, I made exactly 7 phone calls over the course of 6 weeks. I was told that I had to speak to a Roy, who is supposedly the owner. On several visits to the store front, I was told that he was not there. I have a hard time believing that the owner of the company is never there. I talked to one the salesman, and he advised me on how to get the stains out. It did not work. After trying to contact the salesman whom I spoke to, he suddenly was never there.

I feel deceived. A simple phone call could have made to tell me they accidentally missed it, and could have refunded my money, or removed the stains. They chose to ignore it.

In the process of all this, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It appears this company has a reputation of making people upset, as there are at least a dozen complaints, with an F rating.

I would like to have something good to say about this company, as they were great in the beginning. My only recourse is the let any potential customers know that you are taking a huge risk with this company, and their customer service is the pits. Highly recommend you avoid this company. They do not care about their customers.
